2007 WORLD AIDS DAY INFORMATION
The 2007 theme of World AIDS Day was leadership. Find out more about how it was chosen.
At the national campaigner's meeting in June, participants decided to adapt one of the World AIDS Campaign international posters to make it relevant to the Nigerian context.
Combining the theme of World AIDS day, ‘Leadership’, and universal access, the focus of the People’s AIDS Agenda (an advocacy toolkit developed by Nigerian civil society),they decided to focus their World AIDS Day message to the political leadership and demand that Nigerian universal access targets be met.
